150ml Premium sparkling water
Orange
Method
50ml Mahala over ice
mixed with honey and
topped with premium sparkling
water garnished

150ml Ginger beer
15ml lime juice
Method
50ml Amber over ice
with 150ml ginger beer and
15ml lime juice garnished
with lime

Old Fashioned
Ingredients
50ml Mahala Amber
1-2 Dashes of Bitters
Splash of Water
Method
Put sugar, bitters & water in a small tumbler. Mix until sugars dissolved. Fill glass with ice & stir in Amber. Add a splash of soda water & mix. Garnish with orange.
